The Cambium ePMP Force 425 is engineered for reliable, high‑capacity wireless backhaul between remote sites where fiber installation is costly or impractical. Leveraging the latest 802.11ax Wi‑Fi 6 standard and Cambium’s proprietary ePTP protocol, it delivers gigabit‑class speed with low latency (< 5 ms) and excellent spectral efficiency.
It includes a 25 dBi integrated dish antenna for robust long‑range performance, and an optional 28 dBi range extender can be fitted in the field to increase link budget and enable higher modulation performance for challenging links.
With both Gigabit Ethernet (RJ‑45) and an SFP port, the Force 425 supports versatile connectivity including fiber extension and integration into modern network infrastructures. It is built for outdoor deployments with an IP67‑rated rugged enclosure, ensuring durability against dust, rain, and harsh environments.
Deployment, planning, and network monitoring are supported by cnMaestro™ and LINKPlanner, making it simple to design and manage point‑to‑point wireless links for service providers, enterprise networks, and WISP backhaul.
